Privacy
This page says what we collect when you use this site, what we do with it, and how to ask us about any of it. It is written to be read, not scrolled past.

The short version
- Browsing the site sets no cookies. Asking for a free site audit sets one, so we can limit how many reviews one browser asks for. We don't run any ad tracking.
- We only hold what you hand us: a message you send, or the two details you enter to ask for a free site audit.
- We never sell, rent or trade your details, and we don't share them with anyone except the services we need to do the thing you asked for.
- Email hello@unhiddendigital.com and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
Who we are
Unhidden ("we", "us") is operated by Unhidden Digital, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Unhidden is a web design and digital marketing studio, and this site is unhiddendigital.com. For anything to do with your information, the address is hello@unhiddendigital.com. A person reads it.

Reading the site
Browsing the site sends us nothing about you personally. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see roughly where visitors come from. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't store anything in your browser, and doesn't follow you across other sites. We use it to learn which pages get read, and that's all.
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any host, its servers see the technical details of each request, such as your internet address and browser type, in order to serve the page and keep the site running.
Writing to us
The forms on this site don't send anything to us on their own. Pressing send opens your own email app with the message written out, and nothing leaves your device until you choose to send it. Whatever you write reaches our inbox, and we keep it there the way anyone keeps email: so we can reply, and so we remember what we talked about.
Writing to us doesn't put you on a mailing list. We don't have one.
The free site audit
When you ask for a free site audit, you give us two things: the address of a website and an email address to send the review to. Here is what happens with them.
- We save both, along with the finished review, in our database so we can send it, reply to you, and see who has asked. We keep those records until you ask us to delete yours.
- We read the public pages of the website you named, the same pages anyone can open in a browser. We don't log in to anything and we don't go anywhere the public can't.
- We send the website's address to Google's PageSpeed Insights, which measures how fast the site loads, and we send the address and what we found on its pages to OpenAI, whose software reads it, searches the web for what people say about the business publicly, and writes the review. Google and OpenAI receive the website address and its public content. Neither receives your email address.
- The review is emailed to you through Resend, the service we use to send mail, from hello@unhiddendigital.com. A copy comes to us at the same time so we know what you were sent and can reply to it. Our copy carries your email address, and so does the notice we get if a review fails.
- We keep the finished review so that a repeat request for the same website within seven days is answered from it rather than run again.
- To limit how many reviews can be asked for in a day, we count requests three ways: by the internet address they come from, by the email address they're for, and by a random ID we leave in your browser as a cookie. The cookie does nothing else and expires after a year. The record we count from is deleted after two days.
If a review lands in your inbox and you never asked for one, someone typed your address into the form. Tell us and we'll delete the record.
Talking to our AI assistant
On the Growth page you can call our AI assistant and talk to it out loud. It only listens once you press the call button and let your browser use the microphone, and a call lasts at most three minutes.
- Your voice goes to OpenAI, whose software hears it and answers in real time. We don't keep a recording of the audio. OpenAI handles it under its own privacy policy.
- We keep a text transcript of the call, both sides, for 30 days, then delete it. We read transcripts to see what people ask, to check the assistant is doing its job, and to follow up with you if you told it who you are.
- We note the internet address a call comes from, to limit how many calls one connection can make in a day. That is cleared after two days.
- We keep when each call happened and how long it ran, without the transcript, so we can keep the cost of the service in check.
- If you ask the assistant to set up your free site audit, it fills in the website and name it heard on the card. Nothing is sent until you type your email and press Send yourself.
Who else sees it
We don't sell, rent or trade your details, and we don't hand them to anyone for advertising. The only companies that see any of it are the ones doing a specific job for us, and each one gets only what that job needs:
- Vercel hosts the site and counts page views.
- Supabase holds the database the free site audit and the AI assistant write to.
- Resend sends the review email.
- Google and OpenAI read the website being reviewed, as described above.
- OpenAI runs the AI assistant's calls, as described above.
Each of them handles what it receives under its own privacy policy. All of them are based in the United States, so information they hold for us may be stored there.
How long we keep it
- Email you send us: as long as we're in touch, and as we would keep any correspondence.
- Free site audit records (the website address, your email address, the review): until you ask us to delete yours.
- The record we count review requests from (internet address, email address, browser ID): two days.
- AI assistant transcripts: 30 days. The internet address a call came from: two days. When a call happened and how long it ran: kept, with nothing that identifies you.
- Page view counts: kept as totals, with nothing in them about you as a person.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@unhiddendigital.com and we'll do it and tell you when it's done. There is no form to fill in and no account to log into; it's an email to a person.
Children
This site is for people who run a business. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If we ever start collecting something new, it will be written here before it starts, not after.
